Pienso y no de ahora, que las TIC y sobre todo Internet, son de los pocos inventos modernos que e favorecen más, a las regiones pobres, (o Tercer Mundo), que a las regiones ricas, pues la mejora en las comunicaciones proporcionan mayor beneficio a en regiones antes poco o nada comunicadas, que a regiones con buenos medios de comunicacion establecidos. Espero que quienes viven en esas regiones, aprovechen al máximo esta pequeña ventaja para alejar lo mas posible el fantasma de la pobreza.
